This green tea comes from the Gampola mountainous region of Sri Lanka. With whole leaves bagged in sachets, it is distinguished by its fresh and green notes, delicate fragrance and light yellow colour combined with lime and ginger.
Produced by SOFA (Small Organic Farmers Association), a small organic and fair trade organization. The cooperative brings together more than 2,000 producers of tea, fruit and spices who decide democratically on the use of the fair trade premium to fund a school, a crèche and road maintenance.
