How to use
Mueslis are very versatile and can be prepared in many ways. You can simply add cold milk, hot milk or cook it (heat it up for about 3 mins before it boils). We don't recommend boiling or applying high heat to it, because it affects the nutritional properties of the ingredients. You can also add berries and yogurt to it.
You can also add cold milk or yogurt and leave in the fridge overnight. The oats and the dried fruit will soak the milk, so the muesli will have a creamier texture in the morning. Serve cold, it's very tasty.
Finally, you can make muesli bars combining it with binders like peanut butter or honey. Press it into a baking pan and refrigerate.
