Tempranillo grapes handpicked in small boxes and classified on the selection table. Fermented in small conic inox tanks.

Malolactic fermentation undergoes in new French oak casks followed by an aging process where its lies for 20 months.

Colour: Beautiful ruby-cherry red colour.

Aroma: The nose is dominated by ripe black and red fruits, blackberries and raspberries with notes of liquorice well integrated with coffee and spices with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.

Taste: This bodied wine fills the mouth with a firm structure and fresh sensations, fine sweet tannins with a very long, aromatic and intense finish.

Castillo de Mendoza wines use biodegradable capsules, PEFC and FSC labels from sustainably managed forests, natural corks, recycled cardboard boxes and bottles with less glass.
